We’ve made a few small tweaks to our net sheet calculator.  Most changes are under-the-hood modifications that will (and should) go unnoticed.  What you will notice is that we improved the usability of the calculator on mobile devices by making the selling and payoff fields blank instead of having them prefigured with $0.00—no more having to backspace those zeros out before inputting your figure.

We also made the description lines for home warranty, seller contribution, repairs, other, and HOA changeable description fields—so if you want your printout to say “Termite Inspection” instead of “Needed Repairs” it is simple and easy for you to do.
