Suzi is the President/CEO and owner of El Paso Title. She is the granddaughter of Cotton Schwarzbach, who founded El Paso Title Co in 1930. Suzi has nearly 40 years of experience and knowledge here in her hometown of El Paso.

Joanne “Joni” Wiklund
Joni is VP and Title Exam Director Joni is Suzi’s sister and of course also one of Cotton’s granddaughters. Joni has been with El Paso Title since 2020.

Lisa Loker
Lisa is the newest member of the El Paso Title team. She is VP and Marketing Director and also Lenard’s daughter. Lisa moved from Michigan to join the family here at EPTC!

Lenard Phillips
Lenard is the Executive Escrow Assistant and Suzi’s husband. He is the go-to guy when it comes to courier services and getting the office in top condition.
